For our satisfaction process to be 100% effective we ask every customer if they are happy with the quality of experience and standard of work we have provided and if they believe we can improve in any areas. After all…… you are the reason we do what we do! Once you have received your vehicle back and have had time to asses everything we have done for you, our team will call you and ask three questions:
- Were you satisfied with our customer service?
- Were you satisfied with the work undertaken?
- Would you recommend us?
We use an independent company to keep this completely objective. Our scores are always very high – but even so, we’re always looking to improve in any way that we can so please let us know if you have any suggestions. Any enquiries from feedback are responded to immediately and general feedback is reviewed monthly by the team.

The Shorade Aftercare Program will be launched the 1st September 2015; this is our way of underlining the quality, craftsmanship and meticulous standards that are used to repair each vehicle that visits Shorade. To you, it means total peace of mind.
As part of the Aftercare Program Shorade offer a five year Guarantee; to maintain the Guarantee is simple. All you need to do is have your car inspected every 12 months to validate its condition. Of course, your car must have been maintained to a satisfactory condition, but once approved your car will be covered for a further 12 months. We also include complimentary membership to the Remarkable Rewards Program.
