Estimators & Customer Service

Ken and Kevin our Estimators are highly skilled with many years experience, training and knowledge in assessing vehicle collision damage on alll marques.

Kevin is our offsite Estimator who will meet you wherevers most convenient be it at your local dealership or home.  Ken is Shorade’s onsite Estimator who is also your dedicated point of contract throughout the repair process as he is our Customer Service Manager.

Administrators & Marketing

Sarah, Kate and Judith our Administration team are the backbone of our Accident Management Services; making sure the process does not inconvenience you and that dealing with Insurance paperwork and terms and conditions is a stress free process.  They also manage our Service Diary, will arrange any bookings with you, are happy to answer any questions you may have and administer accounts.

Victoria is our Marketing co-ordinator; the friendly face who greets you when you visit Shorade.  She also co-ordinates any events, our website, social media, promotions and arranges any bookings in our Conference Suite.

Workshop

The team of skilled technicians in our workshop is at the very heart of Shorade.  Without the combined skills and experience of our Workshop team, Shorade could not offer and guarantee the excellence of quality workmanship that we provide.

Our workshop team are divided into seven departments based on the teams individual skills which are:

  • Strip & Fit
  • Panel
  • Preparation
  • Paint
  • Finish
  • Valet
  • Quality Control

This means that depending on which Specialist Service you visit Shorade for your vehicle may have up to six highly skilled technicians looking after it, which is partly the reason why Shorade are known for our quality workmanship.

Parts Department

Our Parts team are integral to the smooth running of any repair or service undertaken at Shorade.  Due to their dedication and organisation we can minimise Key to Key times; this is extremely important as it means that you receive your vehicle back as soon as possible without incurring lengthy waits for vehicle parts to be distributed and fitted.

They have extensive knowledge and experience in knowing every nut, bolt and accessory for each manufacturers vehicle and model we see, ensuring your vehicle returns to you as if it had left the factory.

Our Management team are the core of our business.  Shorade is a forward thinking, innovative company always keeping a close eye on the future of the industry, new technologies available and new techniques or facilities which can improve the day to day running of the business; providing you with the best possible customer experience.

Our Facilities

Shorade is situated across 3 buildings; the first houses our offices, a 31 bay workshop, parts department, valet bay & quality control.

The second houses our new ’1st of its kind in the UK’ Aluminium & Carbon fibre Centre, conference room & Customer Experience facility equipped with estimating room, assessing area & vehicle handover area which we built in collaboration with Lamborghini and Car Bench.

The third is our wheel refurbishment centre; specialising in powder coating & diamond cut finishing.

Corporate responsibility

We operate a responsible environmental policy that provides a pleasant working environment for our staff within our 35,000 sq ft premises.  Shorade have a very strict environmental policy which involves providing training to all employees and affiliating ourselves with only Environmentally friendly Partners and Suppliers.

We also have Pollution Prevention and Waste Minimalisation policies.
